For the main stages, it is advisable to arrive 1 hour prior to the start of the concert For the stages with admission fee, it should be noted that seating is on a first come first served basis.

To allow each individual to enjoy the festival, a special arrangement has been studied for people with disabilities. An elevated platform with an access ramp is indeed designated for the disabled in front of the stage so as to enjoy the show to the fullest. Parking is available and access is granted for vehicles with a PMR macaroon (ticket and/or card). This access pass, which allows one right of entry to the reserved area, can only be sold upon a presentation of a disability card. Restrooms for the disabled are installed near designated areas.

All spectators (including children) must be provided with an access pass. Children under 15 years of age, with their own access pass, must be accompanied by an adult.

It should be noted that the festival encourages carpooling and use of public transport due to the location of venues and lack of parking. A train Rabat -Casa is available during the festival every night at midnight.

On all sites, an infirmary is provided for the festivalgoers. Firefighters, ambulances, well equipped first aid units and services are available to spectators for any health problems that could occur during the Festival.
