All About Maroc Cultures

Created in 2001, Maroc Cultures is a non-profit organization that aims for the development and democratization of culture, in accordance with the vision initiated by His Majesty King Mohammed VI. Recognized as a public utility, Maroc Cultures’ main mission is to create a cultural and artistic offer for the public in the Rabat-Salé-Zemmour-Zaër region. It is at the origin of several events; the main ones are the Mawazine Festival – Rhythms of the World and the musical contest Generation Mawazine. To carry out its actions, the Association relies on a team of about twenty personalities and professionals from different fields of activity. This richness in expertise, combined with the collaboration of local companies, have allowed Maroc Cultures to offer for the past fifteen years events of national scale that position Morocco as a reference in the entertainment industry and the performing arts.
